Our aim at Lashkaraa is to provide the best service towards all of our customers and to keep all our customers fully satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept the product for a return or exchange.

What is your exchange policy for online orders?
You can make an exchange, free of charge! (Applicable to the United States only). Please note you can only exchange for a new size of the same item. If the size or item you want is no longer in-stock or you would like to return your purchase for a new item altogether, you may return for store credit and use the credit towards any other item on our site. The item(s) for exchange must be in unworn and unused condition, with all tags and original packaging.
Custom stitched items are not eligible for exchange as the item is stitched as per your provided measurements.
When will my exchange order ship out to me?
Please allow approximately three weeks for your return to be delivered and processed at our warehouse and for your exchange order to ship out to you.
What is your return policy for online orders?
- Items must be mailed back to us within 14 days of your original shipping confirmation email.
- The merchandise for return must be in all original packaging; all tags must be attached and the item(s) must be in unworn and unused condition.
- Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, paypal) will incur a re-stocking fee of 15% of your total purchase price to be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Please note that original shipping charges paid are non-refundable. In the event of a 'Free Shipping' promotion, standard shipment charges paid from our end will be deducted from the refund amount back to you.
- You will be liable for all return shipping charges and customs fees for orders placed internationally. When shipping internationally, we would recommend using your local postal service (USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, Australia Post, etc.) for the cheapest international shipping rates.
Are there any exclusions/exceptions?
- The merchandise for return must be in all original packaging; all tags must be attached and the item(s) must be in unworn and unused condition.
- Products marked as final sale, custom stitched items, or personalized products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, cancellations or alterations. This does not include merchandise that is faulty, damaged, or does not correspond to its description. In the case the error is from our end, we will do everything possible to rectify the issue for you.
- We do not allow double exchanges. IE: If you have exchanged an item for the same item or store credit once, you may not re-exchange the new item again once received.
When will I receive my refund?
Please allow approximately three weeks for your return to be delivered and processed at our warehouse. Once your refund is initiated, it may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on the payment method used.
Refunds for store credit will be available in your account immediately for use once the refund is issued from our end.
