This review is not about the quality of the order, as I have yet to receive it.

However, my experience with the shipping process has been disappointing. The website stated my order would ship within 48 hours, but it ended up taking 10 days. Each time I followed up, I was told it would be another 24-48 hours, and despite explaining that this was a time-sensitive order, there seemed to be little concern or urgency from customer service.

For anyone considering ordering, I recommend confirming the shipping time directly with Laskharaa's customer service beforehand. Unfortunately, their service did not meet my expectations, and it was frustrating that my request to cancel the order and get a refund was ignored when it became clear the outfit wouldn't arrive in time for my event. Now, I have an outfit I no longer need and had to purchase another locally. Transparency around shipping timelines could have saved a lot of hassle.
