The sari quality did not meet my expectations for the price paid. The color looked dingy, and if you try to return unsatisfied items, they must be returned to India with customs and shipping charges covered by the customer. You can never trust a company that is afraid of returns because they know their quality is subpar, and it's just a rip-off to customers. You can't tell me customer care is #1 if you require a paid return. If you are certain about your quality of products provided, then returns shouldn't be a scary thing for you to offer to your customers, especially when you can't even refund a full amount to their payment method and would rather do a store credit return.

I didn’t realize it was pre-pleated and I’m really happy it was.
