- If the product being unavailable due to quality check issues or the product not being able to be stitched to your provided custom measurements, we will let you know within 72 hours of order placement and also request you to select an alternative Eid Promise product to assure you have an outfit for Eid. If you do not select any alternative product, we will refund and cancel your order.
- Lashkaraa is not liable for delayed package deliveries caused by holidays, bad weather conditions, customs delays in your country, political turbulence or any other unexpected delays experienced by the shipping carrier. We do not own the shipping companies and have no control over these unexpected delays. If your order is delayed because you are not home, you have changed the delivery with the courier or you have not paid any applicable customs fees, you are liable for the delay.

My blouse did not fit at all even though I ordered a custom fit and measured myself multiple times according to the diagrams and directions via email from the customer service team. I had to take it to a local seamstress and it is costing me the amount of the outfit to get fixed. I’m pretty disappointed in how it turned out because I used Lashkaraa for my bridesmaids outfits for my wedding before (for 9 girls) and never had any issues.
I really want to like this more, but the top that I got custom stitched is a bit of a mess. The fabric itself has been damaged in multiple areas where there are white lines going through it that don't appear in the skirt at all. It's at it's worse in the hole they put through the shirt when they added the tag. It also doesn't fit correctly, which I can excuse as I never got to try it on myself, but the padding I asked to have added to the top is not remotely in the same place for each side. The right one goes almost to the top of the blouse while the left one is sewn in many inches down from there and is kind of uncomfortable to wear because of how much I naturally want to try and fix it, but can't because it's stitched in. The color is lovely though and if I had just bought the skirt it would have been 5 stars. I'll add photos when it comes back from the tailors.
This was my first time ordering from Lashkaraa and I was impressed. I had custom stitching done for the blouse and it was perfect! Love this lengha!
